one thing i know is true:
I’m passionate about growth.
We do our best work when we bring our whole selves to what we do. Over the arc of my career, I’ve learned to drive organizational needs with authenticity and genuine connection.
If I were to choose two words to describe myself, I’d say “curious” and “brave.” I bring those traits to design through creative problem-solving and exploratory thinking. Creating and implementing learning solutions requires collaborative development and tenacious systems thinking.
I’m motivated by combining analytical and creative approaches to accomplish goals, particularly across teams. We can achieve far more together when we bring our best selves forward.

Enough about work. Who’s this Cynthia, anyway?
From a young age, I’ve been curious and adventurous. I love exploring new places with my trusty backpack, muddy hiking boots, and family. I find inspiration in big skies and majestic landscapes. There’s no greater joy than organizing an upcoming trip with a planner, some colored pens, and a big coffee cup in hand.
